PH&EV Building

Infrastructure and Planning

The EV Research Center has on-going research to understand the need for charging for EVs and PHEVs.  Our work starts with the consumer, to understand travel patterns and charging needs, optimal locations, timing impacts and more.  We have worked with local cities and regional planners, as well as looked at statewide and regional models for charging needs, in CA, and in many other regions.
