EV Research Center at TRB 2024
When the EV Research Center goes to the Annual Transportation Research Board meeting in Washington D.C. every year, we do our best to maximize our time there. For 2024, in addition to the five presentations and twelve posters (detailed below) that we are presenting at the TRB conference, we are also participating in many separate side meetings and briefings. These include:
- Meetings with individual Congressional Representatives and their staff,
- Participating in the Capitol Hill Briefing focused on Supply Chains for EVs on Tuesday Jan. 9th, hosted by our NCST,
- Joining our annual ITS Reception (email if you need an invitation), also on Tuesday, Jan. 9th,
- Meeting with potential postdoctoral researchers (we have two open positions)
- Hosting a meeting and dinner with our International EV Policy Council at George Washington University, and
- Bringing a cohort of our team to the US Department of Energy for a special briefing on Thursday Jan. 11th.
If you would like to meet with anyone from our team while we are in Washington D.C., please reach out to Dahlia at dmgaras@ucdavis.edu to coordinate.
